Jeff grew up in Charlotte and graduated from Myers Park High School in 2006. He attended the University of South Carolina where he earned a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration in 2010. Jeff then obtained his Masters of Science in Accounting from Appalachian State University and went on to earn his CPA designation. He was a lifelong member of Covenant Presbyterian Church.
In addition to his parents, Lynn and Doug Sanders of Charlotte, Jeff is survived by his brother, Sam Sanders and wife, Tanner of Charlotte; nieces, Charlotte and Lawing Sanders; aunt and uncle, Sandy Sanders and Rick Gurunian of Charlotte; aunt and uncle, Mary Anne Koltowich and Jimmy Smith of Kingston, TN; and cousins Jimmy Mortimer, Melissa and James Smith, and Cathy and Scott Field.
Jeff was an avid Carolina Panthers fan, a sports enthusiast and enjoyed physical fitness and spending time with family and friends. Jeff began his professional career as a CPA before recently embarking on a new career in risk management with Dual Commercial.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, January 5, 2018 at 11:00 AM at Covenant Presbyterian Church. The family will receive friends in the fellowship hall following the service.
