Stephen Allen Howard, 59, died on Dec. 27, 2017. He was the son of Judy Kelly and the late Gary Howard. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his brothers, Scott and Chris Howard and Joe Kelly; and his sister Cheryl Aldridge. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a brother, Curtis Patrick Howard and a half-brother, Tony Sparks.

Burial will be in Camp Nelson National Cemetery, Jessamine County, Kentucky
