Survivors include his wife, Samantha Cummings of Kirbyville; sons, Billy Jack Cummings and Byron Billy Cummings, both of Kirbyville; daughter, Kendra Renee Cummings of Kirbyville; mother, Carletta Cummings of Newton; father, Jack Cummings Jr. of Jasper; and brother, Ronnie Cummings of Chicago, Ill.
