John F. McGriff, Sr. of 1631 West 34th Street passed away November 28, 2001. Survivors are his wife, Emma Jean McGriff; sons, Anthony (Serall), Gregory (Chris) and Tyrone McGriff (Mary); daughters, Juanita McGriff, JoAnne Hall, Geraldine Smith (Dennis) and Angie McGriff; sisters, Fannie Mobley and Emma Boyd (Ozzie); 14 grandchildren; a host of other relatives and sorrowing friends. Funeral services will be held at 11:00AM SATURDAY at Bethlehem Baptist Church, 1824 Prospect Street, Rev. Joe Calhoun, Pastor, Officiating. Viewing at the mortuary from 5 until 8PM FRIDAY.
