Gregory Wayne Chambers of Foxfield, a restaurant assistant manager, died Thursday in Jefferson County. He was 18.

Services will be at 10 a.m. today at Parker United Methodist Church in Parker. Interment will be in Parker Cemetery.

He was born Sept. 22, 1977, in Flugplat Han, Germany. He graduated from Eagle Crest High School and was employed by Arby's Restaurant as an assistant manager. He enjoyed athletics and was a member of the Aurora Regional Search and Rescue Unit.

He is survived by his parents, Wayne and Marna Chambers, Foxfield; three brothers, Charles Wade, California, Jay R., Nevada, and Wade Anthony, Foxfield; a sister, Shannon Marie, Foxfield; and two grandmothers, Inez Slugget and Ruby Annette Bainter, Montana.
