WILLIAM CLINTON BIARD
1908 ~ June 28, 1940

HUGO, July 2.---(Special)---Funeral services for William Clinton Biard were held at 2:30 Sunday in the First Christian church in Chickasha. Rev. George Davis pastor, was assisted by Rev. A. W. Anderson, of Wichita Falls, Texas, former pastor in Hugo.

The services were attended by a great throng of friends and acquaintances and the floral offerings was one of the largest ever witnessed according to those who attended from Hugo.

Biard was killed in an automobile accident near Chandler Friday afternoon.

The bearers were W. C. Henry and Frank Griffith, Hugo, John Dekinder, Doug Parks, Ed Schubert and Chub Graham of Chickasha.

Those who attended from Hugo were Mr. Henry, Mr. Griffith, Ed Ansley, W. C. Hacker, Hal Elli and wife, Richard Biard and wife, A. J. Blair and Mrs. W. W. Biard, Will Biard, father, {must be Will Biard's father} was unable to attend on account of illness.
