She was born April 22, 1949, in Morganfield, Kentucky, to the late William ONan and the late Margaret ONan Langham. Frances graduated from Henderson High School in 1967 and received a Bachelor of Liberal Studies from the University of Evansville in 1992. She worked many years at Alcan Aluminum in Robards, Kentucky, and she spent over 20 years of her business career working as an Exclusive Allstate Agent in Evansville, Indiana, and Batavia, Ohio. Frances was an avid golfer, and she also enjoyed traveling, hiking, and social clubs/gatherings.
Ms. Breedlove is survived by her children, Jamie Lucchesi and husband, Jason, of Noblesville, Indiana, and Julie Hamon and husband, Brian, of Erlanger, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Brady, Gavin, and Cordelia Lucchesi of Noblesville, Indiana, and Gwenyth and Maxwell Hamon of Erlanger, Kentucky; her sister, Peggy Grace and husband, Barry, of Utica, Kentucky; her brother, Ronald ONan and wife, Lisa, of Fayetteville, North Carolina; her nieces and nephews; and the rest of her family and friends.
Services will be at noon Saturday, January 6, 2018, at Rudy-Rowland Funeral Home. The Reverend Mac Burberry will officiate. Burial will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, January 6, 2018, in Odd Fellows Cemetery in Morganfield, Kentucky.
