Mr. Palmer was born March 4, 1979, in Bradford, Pa., a son of Donald and Patricia Biers Palmer. He was a 1998 graduate of Sharon High School and was a member of its track team. Freddie enjoyed sports and played Little League baseball all the way through senior division. He was a diehard Pittsburgh Steelers fan. Prior to his illness, Fred was employed by McDonalds and Nugent Convalescent Home, Hermitage, in its dietary department.
Freddie was preceded in death by two sisters, Beth and Tonya Keim.
