Lt. John Boles, Retired Beaumont PD, 66, of Bevil Oaks, died Monday, December 25, 2017. He was born on October 22, 1951, to Ella Elizabeth Crossley Boles and John Briston Boles, in Beaumont. John retired as a Lieutenant after serving with the Beaumont Police Department for thirty years.

Survivors include his wife, Ruth Boles; daughter, Alissa Warrington and her husband, Bill, of Lumberton; sons, Gary Boles and his wife, Jenny Rose, of League City; Jarred Boles and his wife, Tracie, of Bevil Oaks; and Scott Boles of Lumberton; grandchildren, Staff Sergeant Ashton Warrington, Billy Warrington, Britton Thompson, Jaycie Boles, and Alex Boles; sister, Nettie Nolen of Sour Lake; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A gathering of Mr. Boles’ family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., Friday, December 29, 2017, at Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont. His funeral service will be 10:00 a.m., Saturday, December 30, 2017, at Broussard’s, with interment to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Beaumont.
