"Eileen Pate, age 86 of Voss, Texas passed from this life on Saturday, December 30, 2017 at 7:26 pm at Coleman County Medical Center in Coleman. Services will be Tuesday at 2:00 pm at St Mark’s Episcopal Church. Interment will follow at the Voss Cemetery under the direction of Henderson Funeral Home of Coleman. Visitation will be Tuesday from 1:00 pm until service time at St Marks.
"Eileen was born August 27, 1931 in Cross Plains, Texas to Issac Samuel Pate, Sr and Mary Ellen Owen Pate. She was raised in Coleman County where she attended Voss and Mozelle schools, graduating from Mozelle High School in 1948. She continued her education at Tarleton State College. Eileen has been a resident of Voss and was a member to St. Mark’s Episcopal Church. She worked in oil and gas and real estate as an administrator and accountant in Texas, California and New Mexico.
