Memphis, TN
Anthony L. Parrish, age 60, passed away peacefully at his home on Saturday, December 30. Preceded in death by his parents George and Betty Parrish, he leaves behind his wife Theresa, his daughter Stephanie (Winn) Corder, his son Jason (Melissa) Parrish, his sister Cynthia (Keith) Kennedy, his brother Timothy (Lisa) Parrish, and four beautiful granddaughters.
He loved spending time with family, researching genealogy, watching the Memphis Tigers, smoking good cigars, sipping aged bourbon, and listening to great music. For years, he was also known as Santa Andy when he worked as a Santa helper. As Santa Andy, he strived to see the reflection of Santa in the eyes of all those present. He wanted everyone to "Always Believe".
A memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in memory of Andy may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
