Perry is survived by his children Patricia (late Kenneth) Franklin, Eugene "Rick" (Kathy) Baker, Pastor Larry (Sheryle) Baker and Roger (Carol) Baker, 12 grandchildren, and 23 great-grandchildren.

Perry was a retired self-employed carpenter and a resident of Bethel.
