CECIL, Patricia B., 69, of Richmond passed away Friday, June 6, 2014. She was preceded in death by her parents, Samuel Baughman, Sr. and Alice Baughman. She is survived by her husband, John; one son, John Cecil, Jr. (Austin) and five granddaughters, Emily, Alyssa, Hailey, Natalie and Lindsey Cecil; brother, Dan Baughman (Patricia); sisters, Lynn Fuss (Gerry) and Debbie Gray (John). Mrs. Cecil owned her own Insurance business and retired in 2004 after 35 years. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8pm Monday, June 9, 2014 at the Parham Chapel, Woody Funeral Home, 1771 N. Parham Rd. A graveside service will be held 2pm Tuesday, June 10, 2014 at Forest Lawn Cemetery, Richmond.
