She was a native of Dayton, TN and had lived most of her life in the Chickamauga and Rossville area and was a member of the Temple Baptist Church. Her passions in life were her family, gardening, and watching the birds eat in her yard. She was a loving wife, mother, and granny who was always there for her family.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Clifford R. Gibson; and granddaughter, Kristy McDaniels.
Survivors include her children, Rickey Gibson of Rossville; Kenneth (Karen) Gibson of Senoia, GA, and Sherry (Jimmy) Evans of Rossville; six grandchildren; and fifteen great grandchildren.
