On August 10, 1939 she married Albert Parent in St. Andre’s Church. She had been employed at the York and Bates mills, allied shoe shop, and the Webber Hospital. She had enjoyed bowling at the Pastime Lanes, going to Sebago Lake with her family, and watching professional wrestling.

She was preceded in death by: Albert, her husband of 50 years, in 1989; 2 daughters: Yvette Sylvester in 1999; Nancy Neault in 2003; 2 grandsons: Marc Sylvester in 1960, Rodney Parent in 1965.
Surviving are: 1 son, Raymond Parent and his wife Priscille of Sanford; 2 daughters: Elaine Corbeil and her husband Roland of Summerfield, FL; Claire Ouellette and her husband Gary of Biddeford; 9 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren ; and 3 godchildren.
Visiting Hours will be 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 2, 2018 at Hope Memorial Chapel 480 Elm Street, Biddeford, ME 04005. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday at St. Anne’s Chapel of St. Joseph Church in Biddeford. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery.
