James Marion Corley, Sr., 75, was born in West Columbia to the late Early Lynn and Mary Threadgil Corley and passed away at his residence on Wednesday, December 27, 2017. He was predeceased by a brother: Early Lynn "Buddy" Corley, Jr. and a sister: Donna Lang.

He was a member of Mt. Hermon Lutheran Church and had been employed with Allied Fibers (Honeywell) for over 40 years.

Surviving are his wife of 39 years, Carol A. Bradley Corley; children: James M. "Jay" Corley, Jr. and Tami Sarver (Rick); granddaughters: Kirsten J. L. Eblin and Chloe Corley; grandsons: Dustin Corley and Cade Sarver; and mother of his children: Dianne Culli.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2 PM on Saturday, December 30, 2017 at Mt. Hermon Lutheran Church with burial to follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will follow the service in the fellowship hall. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Mt. Hermon Lutheran Church, 3011 Leaphart Rd., West Columbia, SC 29169. Barr-Price Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements.
