Michael A. Marshall, 73, of Lincoln, widower of Mary Annetta (Marker), passed away December 26, 2017. Born December 2, 1944, in Wichita, Kansas, to Wayne C. and Dorothy J. (Reed) Marshall. Attended Havelock, Northeast and Pershing Elementary Schools and Northeast High School. Worked for Chicago, Burlington, Quincy and Burlington Northern Railroads for 43 years. Served as directing general chairman of Sheet Metal Workers International Association District Council of Railroads, and Chairman of the International Transportation Apprentice Training Conference Committee.
Survivors: son and daughter-in-law, Tyson and Robin Marshall, Denver; granddaughter, Angel Geller, Lincoln. Preceded in death by parents; wife, Mary; and son, Michael A. Jr.
