Marshall Robertson, 79, of Temple, passed away on Saturday, March 24, 2007, at a Temple hospital. Graveside services are scheduled for 10 a.m. Tuesday, March 27, at Restland Cemetery in Gatesville with the Rev. Mark Ritchey officiating. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at Scott's Funeral Home. Mr. Robertson was born April 7, 1927, to the late Marshall Sr. and Madie Spence Robertson in Mosheim, Texas. He served in the Army during the Korean War Era and received an honorable discharge in 1947. Marshall retired from AAFES in the early 90's and was a member of First Baptist Church of Nolanville. Mr. Robertson is survived by his siblings, Bobby Hodges and husband, Earl of Horatio, Ark., Barbara Beck and husband, Jerry, and Rex Robertson and wife, Tammy, both of Nolanville; nieces and nephews, Jimmy Hodges, Marshall Earl Hodges, Roberta Fooks and Jan Marie Robertson; two great-nieces; and one great- nephew.
