Judy I. (Delong) Welch, age 70, of Oak Hill, passed away suddenly Wednesday, October 11, 2017 at Holzer Medical Center of Jackson. She was born September 26, 1947 in Oak Hill to the late James and Lena (Angles) Delong.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her son, Jason Stover, her husband, Edward Welch and brothers, Bill, Sonny and Jimmy Delong.
She is survived by her children, Worthy (Becky) Stover, Brenda Stover, Heath Stover, Glen Stover, Darrell Dean Nickels Jr., and Adam Dale Nickels; 14 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Also surviving are her siblings, Janet Hanson, Karen Edmonds, Geraldine Canter and Mike Delong and several nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Judy was a caring mother, wife and homemaker. She will be missed by all who knew her.
