Amative of Goldonna, La., she lived in Kirbyville 46 years and was a retired nurse.
Survivors include her husband, V. V. Peters; a son, Ray Peters; two daughters, Jackie Holmes and Ruth Peters, all of Kirbyville; four brothers, Dick Kirbow and H. T. Kirbow, both of Kirbyville, Cecil Kirbow and W. R. Kirbow, both of Beaumont; four sisters, Threcia Fussel and Eva Phelps, both of Kirbyville, Mollie Owens of Calif., and Vera Jones of San Augustine; 12 grandchildren; and nine great-grand-children.
