KIRBYVILLE — Funeral for Claudia:Kirbow Peters, 76, of Kirbyville will be at 2 p.m. today at Causey's E. E. Stringer Funeral Home with burial in Bean Cemetery.
She died Monday at her residence after ail illness.
Amative of Goldonna, La., she lived in Kirbyville 46 years and was a retired nurse.
Survivors include her husband, V. V. Peters; a son, Ray Peters; two daughters, Jackie Holmes and Ruth Peters, all of Kirbyville; four brothers, Dick Kirbow and H. T. Kirbow, both of Kirbyville, Cecil Kirbow and W. R. Kirbow, both of Beaumont; four sisters, Threcia Fussel and Eva Phelps, both of Kirbyville, Mollie Owens of Calif., and Vera Jones of San Augustine; 12 grandchildren; and nine great-grand-children.
