Dorothy "Dottie" Ann (Morris) Powers passed away on Friday, December 22, 2017 in Ponca City. She was 72 years old. Dottie was born on July 29, 1945 in Drumright, Oklahoma to her parents, Leroy Morris and Rosa Mariee (Wade) Morris.
