Jack is survived by his Mother, Winona Casey of Fort Worth, Brother, Stanley Wallace and wife Lanecie of Weatherford; nephew, Cody and wife Amanda and their sons Huxley and Waylon.
Visitation will be held Thursday, December 28, 2017 6:00 - 8:00 pm in the Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel, with Graveside Service 2:00 pm. Friday, December 29, 2017 at the Bethel Cemetery
