Angie was born in Jackson, MS. After graduating from Castle Heights Military Academy in 1975, she attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and later received a BS in Graphic Design from the Art Institute in Atlanta. She returned to Nashville to pursue a career in graphic design. She was mother of 2 daughters, Olivia Rose Peterson of California and Jillian Gray Peterson of Nashville. A Celebration of Life service for Angie was held on October 20, 2010 at Sellars Funeral Home in Lebanon with Rev. Tom Henry officiating. Angie's remains were creamated. Final resting place was Humphreys County, TN on the farm where she had her horses growing up. She was an avid lover of all animals.
