Mary Jane Reading, 68, passed away at Hendrick Medical Center in Abilene on December 24, 2017. Graveside memorial service will be 1:00PM, Friday, December 29, 2017 at Hawley Cemetery in Hawley, Texas under the direction of Girdner Funeral Home, Abilene Texas.
She was born in Stamford, Texas to Alvin Herman and Billie Jo (Pierce) Mueller. She loved and adored her family and bragged about them every chance she had. In addition to spending time with family, she enjoyed cooking, gardening, sewing and arts & crafts.
She is survived by her mother Billie Mueller of Abilene; two brothers, Joe Mueller of Amarillo and Terry Mueller of Clifton; beloved sons, Bryan Wiebe and wife Nicole of Odessa, Shain Wiebe and wife Rachel of Keller, and Clifford Cook Jr. of Tennessee Colony; her grandchildren, Shae, Dylan, Brody, Dawnelle, Zara and Jackson and great-grandchildren Randy, Ariel and Odysseus.
She was preceded in death by her husband Nat Reading Jr. in 1997 and her father Alvin Mueller in 1988.
