Charles Henry Hatcher, 96, was born to parents, Eugene Hoyt Hatcher and Lena Hatcher on Aug. 20, 1921, in Garland, Texas. He passed away Dec. 22, 2017, in Dallas, Texas.
He married Mildred P. Webster on March 9, 1941. Charles worked as a store manager and finally senior auditor for Safeway Corporations. He was also a Mason's member. He served in the Army Aircorp from November 5, 1945, as a Private.
Charles is preceded in death by his wife of 75 years, Mildred P. Hatcher.
He is survived by his son, Terry Hatcher and his wife Mary Ann; son, Keith Hatcher and his wife Diane; granddaughters; Shannon Hatcher and Kelly Hatcher and his great granddaughter Isobella Hatcher.
Bright-Holland Funeral Home has scheduled graveside services for 11:00 a.m. Friday, Dec. 29th, at Shady Grove Cemetery.
