Don was a mechanic and a member of the Western Hill Baptist Church in Bentonville. He also served in the United States Air Force. Preceded in death by one son Lloyd Holliday and one great-grandchild Chad Holliday Jr.
He is survived by his wife Shirley Mae Lawson Holliday of the home; four children: Terri Buckley of Bentonville, Larry Holliday of Bentonville, Kelly Sandberg of Rogers and David Holliday of Bentonville; his siblings: Maxine Hariston of Bentonville, Iva Dean Loper of Bentonville, Sue Rhodes of Gateway, Henry Holliday of Bentonville and James Holliday of Bentonville; nine grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
Graveside services noon Wednesday at the Bentonville Cemetery, Bentonville, Ark. Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Tuesday at Benton County Funeral Home,
