William Barraclough age 96 of Route 28 Brockway, PA; died on Friday December 22, 2017.

Born on December 16, 1921 in Bald Hill, PA; he was the son of the late Joseph and Margaret Clark .

On March 2, 1948 he was married to Elizabeth Edwards and she preceded him in death on February 2, 2014.

Retired, Bill had been employed by the Pittsburg & Shawmut Railroad as a carpenter.

He was a U.S. Army WW II Veteran and a Bronze Star recipient.

He was Protestant by faith.

Bill enjoyed hunting, fishing and gardening and was a member of Parson-Marnati Post #95 of the American Legion.

He is survived by a daughter Cathy (Robert) Cooper of Elderton, PA; and a son William F. Barraclough of Coraopolis/Moon Twp; PA. He is also survived by 7 grandsons and 8 great grandchildren.

In addition to his parents and his wife he is also preceded in death by 5 brothers and 1 sister. A private viewing and funeral service will be held at the funeral home with Rev. Terry Felt officiating. Burial will follow in Morningside Cemetery.
