Jackie had a military family that traveled much. As a teen she attended High School in Cheyenne, Wyoming and Wiesbaden, Germany. She held many jobs in her life and was a visual merchandiser at Castle Air Base.
She married Warren Foster and had three children. After Warren's death she married Charles Dailey. Jackie spent her retirement years in Atwater, but traveled extensively throughout the United States and abroad. Her greatest accomplishments and joys were being a dedicated and loving mother, grandmother, aunt and wife to both husbands.
Jackie is survived by her husband, Charles Dailey; her brother, William Andersen (Taimi); and her sister, Sandy Hicks (Denny). From her marriage to Warren Foster, her children, Scott Foster, (Marie), Greg Foster (Lisa) and Laura Foster; grandchildren, Russell (Ivana), Justin (Kayla), Martha, and Lovely, Kaitlyn, Lucas (Mitzy), Beverly (Zack), Kerstyn, Nolan (Julie). From her marriage to Charles Dailey, children, Scott (Jean), Tammy L., Chuck Jr., Kari; and grandchildren, James, Steven, Timmy, Shea and Jordan.
A celebration of life will be held at the First Baptist Church, 500 Buena Vista Drive, Merced on Wednesday, December 27th at 11:30 am. Reception to follow at the Church.
Burial will be at San Joaquin Valley National Cemetery, Santa Nella on Thursday, December 28th at 2:00 pm.
