BARBARA YATES Barbara Yates passed away peacefully on November 28, 2017. She was born on January 13, 1928. She is survived by her three daughters Susan Gerhart, Cyndi Cole and Allyson Yates; five grandchildren, seven great grandchil-dren and two great great grandchildren. Barbara was raised in Pontiac Michigan where she met her loving husband Vernon Yates. They married in 1952 on their way out to live in Southern California. After raising their children in So Cal the lovely couple moved abroad and enjoyed time vacationing around the world before they settled in Paradise, California. There they enjoyed their many friends traveling in RV's and attending many social activities before Vernon's passing in 2010. Barbara remained in Paradise until her final resting days in Roseville, Ca. Barbara was a beautiful wife, loving mother, and a best friend. She was a great cook and homemaker who took pride in raising and caring for her family. Barbara was sparky, friendly, kind and gentle. She was a wonderful person to all those she came in contact with and will be greatly missed by everyone who had the privilege to know her. On Barbara's 90th birthday, January 13, 2018 at 12:00 o'clock, we invite everyone to come out to celebrate her life and enjoy each other's memories.
