EARL E. CRAWFORD, of Eureka Springs, Arkansas was born December 17, 1937 in Akron, Ohio, son of Dewey and Ina (Keener) Crawford. He departed this life Thursday, December 21, 2017 in Fayetteville, Arkansas, at the age of 80 years.

Earl was raised near Clifty by his grandmother Lily Keener. He retired from Emerson Electric after thirty years, but true to his nature, he couldn’t slow down. He then worked for more than ten years at the Great Passion Play. Earl enjoyed hunting, fishing, reading the bible and westerns. He truly enjoyed watching his grandchildren grow.

On November 19, 1961, he was united in marriage to Eva Lou Birchfield, who survives him of the home. He is also survived by his children, son, Donald and wife, Karen; son, Daniel and wife, Shelley; daughter, Debra and husband, Bill; sister, Ann; nine grandchildren, Shelby, Kevin, Pauline, Kellie, Austin, Tyler, Marilou, Natalie and Ricci; three great-grandchildren, Rupert, Brinlee and Weston; numerous nieces, nephews, friends and loved ones.

He is preceded in death by his parents, eldest infant son, Ronald Crawford; three brothers, Carl, Bud and Lester Crawford.

Graveside service and interment will be at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, December 27, 2017 at Christian Unity Cemetery, Eureka Springs with Reverend Craig Villines officiating. Arrangements under the direction of Nelson Funeral Service, Inc.
