Nancy Barton, 71, passed away at DePaul Hospital on December 21, 2107 after a lengthy illness.
Survived by her husband of 55 years, Lester Barton, dear mother of Angela Masters, Pamela Knelange, Steve Barton and Kris (Patty) Barton, dear grandmother of Jessica, Cody, Sidney, Samantha, Shane, Grant, Logan, Ethan, Kylie, Shelby, Paige, Daylon, Ethan, dear great grandmother of Natalia, Julius, Jai-Lyn, Jahlil, Danica, Dilynn and Jace, dear sister of LaVerne McDonald; dear sister in law of Shirley Hawkins.
Nancy was preceded in death by her parents Bernard and Florence McNames, her granddaughter Lindsey, and brother and sister in law Mel and Mary Barton.
She had worked at Christian Northeast for many years. Nancy and Lester had an antique shop, in Alton called Nan’s Antiques and also enjoyed the Wentzville Flea Markets.
