Phyllis J. Burke, 86, entered into rest Wednesday December 20, 2017 at York Hospital. She was the wife of the late Daniel S. Burke, Jr., and the late H. Levere "Wid" Snyder.
A visitation will be 10-11 a.m. Friday December 29, 2017 at Chapel Church, 3050 Cape Horn Road, Red Lion. The memorial service will begin at 11 a.m. at the church with Rev. Brendon Hock officiating. The John W. Keffer Funeral Homes and Crematory, Inc., East York, is assisting with the arrangements.
Mrs. Burke was born December 3, 1931 in Red Lion, a daughter of the late Walter E. and Mabel L. (Portner)Grim. She was a 1949 graduate of Red Lion Senior High School.
Phyllis is survived by her daughters, Deborah A. Thoman and her husband, Dennis E., Roxanne Osmolinski and her husband, Donald L.; grandchildren, Ben Landis, Matt Landis, Amy Hackman, Melissa Shaull, and David Osmolinski; nine great-grandchildren; a brother, Donald L. Grim; nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Portia Kellenberger; and brothers, Paul Grim and Elwood Grim.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Chapel Church Buliding Fund 3050 Cape Horn Rd. Red Lion, PA 17356.
