Mrs. Marilyn Josephine. Loyd, 77, of Huntingdon, Tennessee passed away Tuesday, December 19, 2017 at her home.
Graveside services will be conducted on Thursday, December 21, 2017 at 2:00PM in the Oak Hill Cemetery. Bro. Jeff Moody will officiate the service.
Mrs. Loyd was born July 31, 1940 in Lexington, Tennessee to the late John Ed and Fannie Catherine (Harper) Williams. She was a Retired Substitute Teacher for the Huntingdon Special Scholl District and was a member of the Eastview Baptist Church where she was the Organist. She was also preceded in death by her husband, James M. Loyd in 2016 and a grandson, David Joshua Loyd.
She is survived by one daughter, Vicky Hatch (Randy); one son, David Loyd (Teresa) both of Huntingdon She also leaves one granddaughter, Hayley Hatch Ezell (Cody) of Huntingdon, faithful sitters and caregivers, Shirley Barker, Brooksie Davis, and Carolyn Pillow, and several nieces and nephews.
