Mr. Leroy Grant, Jr., of Hartford, CT, formerly of Georgetown, SC, departed this life on Sunday, April 3, 2011 at St. Francis Hospital.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, April 11, 2011 at W.J. McKnight & Son Chapel, Andrews, SC.
Burial follows in St. Paul AME Church in the Sampit Community, under the direction of McKnight-Fraser Funeral Homes.

Survivors are his wife, Florence McCoy Grant; three sons, Leroy McCoy Freddie McCoy and Nathaniel McCoy; three daughters, Loretta Duncan, Sandra McCoy and Edith McCoy; his brothers; Luther Knowlin, Hassie Knowlin and Jimmy Knowlin; his sisters, Juanita Hines, Florence Gasque, Elizabeth Knowlin, Magnolia Knowlin, Dorothy Duncan, Lula Frasier and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren.
