Eva is survived by her son, Wayne Capehart and wife, Leasa, of St. Clair, MO; by her grandson, James "J.R." Capehart and wife, Brittany, of St. Clair; by two great-grandsons, Kenneth Taj Capehart and Keani James Capehart, both of St. Clair; by two sisters, Nellie Davis of St. Clair and Eileen Struck of Pensacola, FL; by step-children, great-step-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great, great-great and great-great-great-nieces and nephews, cousins, other relatives and many friends.

Eva was a Christian and long time member of First Baptist Church in St. Clair, MO, being active in church functions and teaching Sunday School in her younger years. During her working years she was employed as a laborer at Deb Shoe Factory and International Shoe in St. Clair. She mostly made caring for her home and family her priority in life and never tired of her job. She enjoyed doing embroidery, quilting and working in her garden. Eva especially loved to listen to her husband Ken play music. What meant most to her was time spent with her family. The love they shared and many precious memories they created will live in their hearts forever.

A kind and loving mother, grandmother, step-grandmother, great-grandmother, step-great-grandmother, sister, aunt, great, great-great and great-great-great-aunt, cousin and treasured friend, she will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew and loved her.
