Mrs. Treva Hunt Smith, 74, of Carthage, died Saturday, December 9th at her home surrounded by her family.
Mrs. Smith, born in Randolph County, was the daughter of the late Charles Clyde and Odessa Ashburn Hunt and the widow of Paul S. Smith. She was also preceded in death by a son, Carl Smith and his wife Joyce; sister Elizabeth Faulkner. granddaughter, Cristy Vick.
She is survived by daughters, Janet Louie and husband Lanny of Carthage; Susan McRae of Carthage; sister, Mae McLeod and husband Hubert of Star; brother, David "Red" Hunt and wife Bernice; 9 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren; and 3 great great grandchildren.
