Jacksonville-Janice Fields, 65, died April 6, 2017 at Vidant Medical Center of Greenville, NC. Funeral service will be held 1pm Tuesday, April 11, 2017 at Washington Chapel Missionary Baptist Church. Interment will follow at Georgetown Memorial Park.

She is survived by her husband, Elias Fields, Sr. of the home; daughters, Carlene Smith of Brooklyn, NY, Takura Hunt of Lawrenceville, GA; step-daughter, Michelle Fields and step-son, Elias Fields, Jr., both of Jacksonville, NC.
