He was born on July 7th 1923 in Cooperstown, N.Y., he was the son of the late L. William Benjamin and Hilda Mason.
He graduated from Philip Schuyler High School and Empire State College.
He then proudly served during World War II in the United States Navy.
Bob was married to the former Ann "Nancy" L. O'Brien and shared a loving and devoted union of 67 years prior to her passing on July 23rd 2015.
Bob was employed with Clarity Publishing Company in Albany, N.Y. as a Plant Manager.
He enjoyed the outdoors especially skiing, swimming and many summers in Schroon Lake, N.Y.
He was predeceased by one brother; Richard Benjamin and one sister; Dawn Wolanin.

Interment with military honors will take place at the Saratoga National Cemetery in Schuylerville, N.Y.
