Gracie Lynn Gibson, 15, died December 15, 2017 at Bothwell Regional Hospital in Sedalia, MO.

Gracie was born on January 25, 2002 in North Kansas City, MO to Scott Wilton Gibson and Kathy Lynn (Moore) Kelley.

Survived by her father, Scott (Candida White) Gibson; mother Kathy (Steve Jr) Kelley; brother Cody Jaco; sister, Kelly (Aaron) Siegel; niece Kayleigh; step brothers, John Curry, Steve Kelley III, Robert Kelley, Jonathan Kelley and Jason Kelley; paternal grandparents Kenneth and Sandra Nolker; maternal grandfather, Steve Kelley, Sr. and step grandfather J.D. Farris; cousin Samantha (Jeremy) McKinney; aunts, Jennifer Boice, Kerri Keeler and Stacy Nolker; and several, uncles and cousins also survive.

Gracie was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather Gary Wilton Gibson; maternal grandparents Roger N. Moore and Mary D. Farris; and an infant cousin Jayce Keeler.

Gracie was an incredible person, our own special angel. She loved many things, but, especially enjoyed animals, balloons, all things that lit up with light and babies. Gracie was always happy and never sad. She was delighted to see and meet everybody that she came in contact with and was loved by all.

The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Gracie Lynn Gibson Memorial Fund.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, December 21, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. at Thurman Funeral Home in Richmond. Visitation will be one hour prior to service on Thursday at the funeral home in Richmond. Inurnment will be at a later date.
