Nancy Ann Montgomery, 61, of Austin, Texas went to be with the Lord on December 4, 2017. Born in Houston, Texas on October 16, 1956 to H. Knox and Lola Catherine Montgomery.

She graduated from The University of Texas with a Master in Education. She was a well-respected educator that trained many new teachers. She was a member of Grace Covenant Church and enjoyed singing in the choir. She also enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Lola Catherine Montgomery.

Nancy is survived by her parents H. Knox and Vivian Montgomery, Her brother and sister, Phillip (Jackie) Montgomery, Judy (Danny) Mitchell. Her nieces and nephew, Mandy (Ryan) Locker, David (Amy) Mitchell, Michelle (Zackery) Mikeska, Angela (BJ) McCoy, Stephanie (Gabriel) Bravo, Bethany (Wade) Goldberg, and Emily Mitchell. Survived also by eleven grandnieces and grandnephews.

There will be a private graveside service at Forest Park Lawndale, Houston, Texas and a Memorial service at Grace Covenant Church, Austin, Texas with a reception to follow.
