Timothy Matthew Curtis passed away on December 2, 2017 at his residence.
Matt was born on March 9, 1980 in Peru, Indiana. He was employed at Adidas Group in Indianapolis. He was a wonderful father and a great friend to everyone he knew. He had a big heart and would help anyone as much as he could. He loved watching his son play baseball and was a very proud father of his two children. Matt enjoyed spending his time with family and friends and will be greatly missed.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother Dorothy Miller, his paternal grandparents Robert and ONeil Curtis, his uncle Randy Curtis, and an uncle Mike Cleaver. He is survived by his mother Debbie Byrnes and husband Tom, his father Tim Curtis and wife Doris, two brothers Jason Yoder and wife Megan and Nathan Curtis and wife Jami, one stepbrother Riley Byrnes, one sister Heather Jones and husband Tom and two children Taylon Miles and Cole Curtis and his girlfriend Kimmie Sharp. Also, nieces and nephews Kamarin Whitham, Mackenize Yoder, Tristen Yoder, Treyden Curtis, Caiden Curtis, Darian Hanley, Kaiden Hanley, Levi Jones, Macy Jones, and Elliot Jones and Carson Johnson.
Visitation will be held from 2pm 6pm on Sunday, December 10, 2017 at Flowers-Leedy Funeral Home, 105 West Third Street, Peru, Indiana. Funeral service will be held at 10am on Monday, December 11, 2017 at the funeral home, with Pastor Phil Cruea officiating. Burial will take place at Mount Hope Cemetery in Peru, Indiana.
