Anna Jean Collvins, 79, of Texarkana, Texas passed away Friday, December 15, 2017 at her home. She was born February 26, 1938 in Texarkana, Texas.

She retired from Day & Zimmerman Lone Star Army Ammunition Plant.

Anna was preceded in death by a son, David Collvins, four brothers, Buck Spicer, Grady Spicer, Billy Spicer and Jack Spicer and three sisters, Marie Raney, Lonnie Guffey and Elizabeth Roy.

She is survived by one daughter, Garyan Quillin of Texarkana, Texas, one son, Bryan Collvins of Texarkana, Texas, three sisters, Betty Long and Peggy Pugh, both of Texarkana and Sue Hobbs of Tyler, Texas, six grandchildren, Jeremy Quillin, Shane Quillin, Shauna Gerber, Rosanna Swartz, Gary Flowers and April Collvins and eight great-grandchildren, Peyton Quillin, Haylee Gerber, Kyleigh Gerber, Paxton Gerber, Braxton Gerber, Abigail Mangham, Ruby Swartz, Sawyer Swartz, Addison Flowers and Duane Flowers.

Family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., Friday, December 22, 2017 at East Memorial Chapel-Moores Lane with funeral service to follow at 2:00 p.m. with David Smith officiating. Burial will be in Northwood Cemetery under the direction of East Funeral Home-Moores Lane, Texarkana, Texas.
