Sheila was born on April 6, 1954 in Santa Monica, California to Jack and Dolly Stell. She married Les Moss on July 1, 1989 in Las Vegas, Nevada. She loved her family and friends and was a gracious hostess. She was known for helping people and was very fond of the elderly.
Sheila loved animals especially dogs. She was an avid reader, who had recently started crafting. She loved music and travelling to the coast and cruising the Caribbean and Alaska. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Sheila is survived by her husband: Les Moss, sons: Rhett Kirk and wife Jamie, Charles Moss and wife Peggy, L. T. Moss and wife Weeda, daughters: Sheilah Starr and husband Stormy and Leasa Hamberlin, sister: Julie Stell, loving grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and extended family.
