JESSIE NELL PERRY, age 85 passed away Thursday, December 14, 2017 at Regency Village Care Facility in Webster, Texas. Jessie was born December 28, 1931 Austin, Texas and was a longtime resident of Dickinson, Texas. She retired from Southwestern Bell where she worked as a telephone operator for 20 years. Jessie is preceded in death by her parents, Richard and Mamie Williams Sr.; sister, Helen Lucky; brother, Richard Williams Jr.; nephews, Lynn Williams and Randy Luckey.
Jessie is survived by her daughter, Leslie Padgett and husband Terry; sister, Agnes Shoemake and husband Fred; 5 grandchildren, Kaitlyn Padgett, Keith Padgett and wife Kelly, Kamren Padgett, Kemberly Padgett and Klaire Padgett; 1 great-grandchild Kamden Padgett; nieces, Rhonda Kay, Brenda Jackson, Jamie Utley and Sandra Cook; nephews, Larry Williams and Dennis Luckey; along with numerous other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, December 19, 2017 from 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM at Scott Funeral Home with Funeral Services beginning at 1:00 PM. Interment will follow at Forrest Park East Cemetery in Webster, Texas.
