Cynthia "Cindy" Wiseman Harrison York, 73, of Walnut Avenue, Spruce Pine, Mitchell County, North Carolina, died Thursday, December 14, 2017 at her home.
Born on January 9, 1944, in Mitchell County, North Carolina, she was the daughter of the late Claude Ferdinand Wiseman and Frances Faith McKinney Wiseman.
Cindy will be remember for her love of cooking and serving others. She also enjoyed gardening, canning, and working in her flowers.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands, Dale Elliott Harrison and John York. She also was preceded in death by her brother, Brown Wiseman; and her sister, Violet Cleone Wiseman Biddix.
Left to cherish her memory are one daughter; two grandsons; and several nieces and nephews.
Private graveside services and burial will be in the McKinney Gap Cemetery.
