Bonnie R. Abner, 85, of Indianapolis, IN passed away December 13, 2017. She was born in Indianapolis to the late Leroy H. & Lena M. (Clark) Rickard. She was the widow of Adolph Abner. She was a former member of New Hope Baptist Church. Bonnie is survived by her children, Winona (Frank) Wilson, Neal (Patty) Abner, Michael Abner, Sandra (Lonnie) Groenenboom, Marguerite Collins, Carol Brickart, 21 grandchildren, 44 great grandchildren, 5-great great grandchildren, brothers Danny and Terry Rickard. Besides her husband she is preceded in death by her sons, Anderson and Joseph Scott Abner. Bonnie was laid to rest at Crown Hill Cemetery in Indianapolis, IN.
