She was born on August 28, 1966 in Augusta, GA to the late King David Babbs and Lizzie Pearl Brown Babbs. Sheila joined the Saint James A.M.E. Church at an early age. She worked for Sizemore Security. Sheila was preceded in death by her stepfather, James Samuels.
