He was born on Feb. 15, 1959 and was a 1977 graduate of Braxton County High School. He worked for many years as a telephone and TV lineman and later he was a highly-regarded employee of B & B Well Service of Normantown. Robert loved to hunt and fish in his spare time.
He is survived by two daughters, Alicia Brooke Talbott of Exchange, WV and Amber Carter of Sutton, WV who were both great caregivers in his final days. Also surviving Robert are four grandchildren, Destiny Talbott, Zayden McCumbers, Ashlyn and Jonathan Frame; one brother, Charles Talbott of Burnsville, WV.
Graveside services will be held at 1:00 PM Monday March 18, 2013 at K of P Cemetery.
