Mr. Barry Carter, 55, passed away Wednesday, December 13, 2017, at his residence in Coldwater, MS. A graveside service will be Sunday, December 17, 2017, at 2:00 p.m. at Blocker Cemetery, Olive Branch, MS. Coleman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

One of his favorite past times and past careers was photography, ever since he was a young boy he would always enjoy being behind a camera. He also loved to BBQ for his friends and family and many others. Barry was always known to hold a conversation with anyone. He could sit and have a conversation with anyone anywhere, it would make you think he knew you all his life, and he will always be remembered for being such a open and loving person. Barry graduated from Glenmore Academy in 1982 and has remained friends with many of his classmates. He enjoyed the time he got to spend with family and friends and will be truly missed by all. He was the love of Deb's life and will always be her sweetheart. They wed in 1988 and were happily married for almost 30 years.
Mr. Carter was preceded in by his father Nelson E. Carter.
