Randy Lyle Cooper, 62, of Middleton, was born to Lyle and Ethel Cooper. He was born with cerebral palsy and had to overcome so much as a youngster including multiple surgeries and long-stays at the Shriners Hospitals in Salt Lake City, Utah and Portland, Oregon.

Randy was raised in Boise until 1972 then moved to Middleton with his parents. He attended school in Boise and Caldwell. Randy made his home in Middleton, where he resided until his death. Like his father before him, Randy possessed a strong work ethic. He held many jobs during his life. He had a business mowing lawns, worked as a truck driver, he was a service station attendant at Manford's and a box boy at Milts Grocery in Middleton. He formed many strong relationships with those he worked for and with.

Randy had an outgoing personality and he always knew what was truly important in life. Randy loved camping, fishing, and most of all spending time with his family and friends. Randy's friendship, laugh, generosity, and devilish sense of humor will be missed by friends and family alike.

Randy is preceded in death by his parents, Lyle and Ethel, and his brother, Steven G. Cooper.

He is survived by his brother, Gary (Lynne) Cooper; sister, Kathy (Bob) Allen and younger brother, Larry (Susan) Cooper; nieces and nephews: Jay (Heather) Cooper, James (Amanda) Cooper, David Gish, Riley (Shelly) Wilcox, Nicole (Derrick) Allen-Heinrich, Robin Allen, Chris Cooper, and Kristie Olds; great nieces and nephews, Hailey, Ethan, Emmerson, Myles, Kennedi, Kash, lzaiah and Sage, that he loved so much.
